What we believe about coaching leaders

  • Leadership development is human development, as we grow as people we grow as leaders. The challenges we face are calling us to grow into more of our potential as leaders.
  • The greater our authenticity as leaders, the greater our impact – we each have a unique sets of strengths, as we learn to embrace them our impact increases.
  • Growth requires us to step out of our comfort zone and we can’t do it alone – coaching provides the support to allow us to challenge ourselves
  • Coaching is strategic – helping us meet the strategic challenges of the organization, and developmental – helping leaders grow in order to meet their strategic challenges.

Our philosophy about coaching in organizations

  • Coaching needs to be aligned with organizational strategy and goals in order for both the organization and individual to see the value and impact
  • Coaching should be aligned with business needs – the closer the coaching is tied to business metrics, the greater the value to the organization.
  • Coaching in organizations is a three-way relationship between the coaching client, the organization, and the coach – the needs of both the organization and the individual must be met in order for an engagement to be successful
  • A team of coaches, working together with a shared vision, approach and understanding delivers greater value to the client and organization
